How about using blogs to keep track of library changes/ major events over the year?

Using a blog coul enhance communication with staff. If used it, it could increase our effectiveness and lessen confusion for those people who weren't there the day "we decided to do it this way".

Also, blogs should have spell check for those of us who don't go back and read what we wrote.
